The Internet has got people reaching for goals that aren’t easily attainable organically. People will show you a goal and sell you the process to achieve it, even if they used a different means to attain it – or don’t actually have it. Don’t take everything literally.

False workout routines, false gurus and guides, false nutrition and diets, false relationships, false achievements, etc. There’s a lot of falseness guiding you to achieve something real in your life. Just think about that for a moment.

Pictures n memories are all that’s left in the end, so never take them for granted n cherish each moment ❤️

My son died fourteen years ago today. If you’re struggling with the loss of a loved one, I have some promises for you.

Step out of your comfort zone and face your fears. Do the things you would have avoided in the past. Carry out those tedious tasks that need to be completed. Encourage yourself to work towards your dreams. Growth takes place when you are challenged, not when you are comfortable.

Life can be painful, but our experiences often shape us into stronger, kinder and wiser individuals. In loss, failure and suffering, there’s always an opportunity to find your greatest self.

We are stuck in a generation where most people find their answers online. While that too is a very powerful tool, there are many things in life you just can’t Google. Mental hardening is a perishable skill. It’s very important that you do things that suck whenever you can!

Energy is contagious. Make sure you surround yourself with people who have the energy you want.

Don't lose hope, don't give up, don't get even, and don't bother proving people wrong. Just do you, be happy and continue to grow. And, if you can, try to help others rise – especially those who need it.
