Deep learning tidies up PDB errors. I love that if there’s enough signal, you can use it to pick out the noise in the training data. Very cool use of AlohaFold2. Pairs nicely with this one showing AlphaFold2 is actually useful for drug discovery: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
