Just downloaded Government Budget 2021. Says on page 49 that we can't claim 4th self-employment grant till the end of April. How are we supposed to survive?

So the fourth self employment grant covers Jan, Feb & March yet can’t be claimed until the end of April..... my already stretched income can’t possibly stretch anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ #Budget2021 #selfemployed
