if your mental health is starting to affect your physical health, treat yourself like you're sick. a minimum of 24 hours to yourself. nap as much as you can. drink plenty of liquids. catch up on movies you've wanted to watch. the world can wait.

Truly, one of the hardest lessons for me to learn is to treat myself like somebody worth caring for. Forcing myself to do things makes it a chore, but telling myself that I deserve nice things makes the world of difference

I might be my own worst enemy sometimes but at least I'm a self aware one 😂
