We celebrated the first few days of Fall by listening to Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. We then went on a nature walk to collect leaves to create our very own leaf creations. This week we will be writing Fall stories to go along with our new leaf friends. #learningisfun #hellofall

We wore orange today, listened to stories, discussed why we mattered and how we want to feel at school! Every child deserves to feel loved, safe, respected and included.. every child matters! #orangeshirtday

The poppies we drew for Remembrance Day! We read A Poppy Is to Remember by Heather Patterson and each student came up with one word or phrase that the poppy symbolized to them and wrote it on their page. Bella and Noah got to bring up our classroom wreath today.

This week is bullying prevention week. Our class made posters to show our support. Each student came up with a saying or slogan and picture for their poster to hang in the classroom this week. #bullyingpreventionweek
