Great thoughts Cynthia Bulik. I think the rule following can be seen early on. For example - a serious fear/dread/discomfort of a quiet blinking fire alarm in the corner of a Korean restaurant at age 6. Our daughter is ok for now but I echo people have been lost and we need to do more.
