I just finished HUMMINGBIRD by Natalie Lloyd Updates, and am once again amazed by her writing. She tells stories that speak straight to your heart and help you hold onto a little bit of hope and wonder. This one is no exception.

For years we've had a white lotus tile sticker on our car. Today I was pulling into a parking lot and the car just ahead of me had the same sticker. I ended up talking to the driver and he was stoked. It was the first time either of us had met another member of the order. #atla

We sang the hymn Come, Let Us Anew in church today, and the line, "For the arrow has flown and the moments are gone." stood out to me. Great reminder to leave the past behind and look toward the future.
