Still playing catch up with strictly but I’m lowkey crushing on JJ chalmers. He is such a good dancer, amazing technique and beautiful foot work. He is definitely one to watch BBC Strictly ✨ #strictlycomedancing JJ Chalmers

We will often ask how are you? You ok? Or how are you doing? But have you asked anyone or even yourself: how are you feeling? We forget the power of words, just by asking the question of how someone is feeling can potentially change someone’s day for the better. #wellbeing

This month is National Stress Awareness Month. Are you aware of your stress levels? Remember be kind to yourself. Asking for help is a sign of strength. Take 5 mins a day to check in with yourself #bekind #selfcare #Wellbeing @NIHRCRN_nthames

We’re all different - what works for one person might not work for you. So stay curious, keep questioning and discover what brings you meaning and purpose. 💚 #34U #meaningandpurpose #happier #curiosity #questions #practice #onestepatatime #heartofthematter #bekindtoyourmind

I recently lost a very dear friend. He was at the point that his pain physically and mentally was too much. His family, children and all his friends we are devastated. Mental health is no joke. Let’s end the stigma and create safe spaces where people can talk. #endthestigma
