Game #854 - Contra I enjoyed Contra a bit more than I expected. The movement wasn't bad, and the first few levels had a lot of cool variety. I wish the last 4 levels weren't all the same type, but I enjoyed the first Contra game, even if it had its tough parts.

Game #855 - HunieCam Studio Yep. As a game, this was alright. There's a lot of clicking and micromanaging, and even though they're virtual girls I did not like the game encouraging me to give them drugs or send them out to the sleazy motel. I liked the Kyu's dialog in the intro

Game #856 - Inkulinati It took some time for Inkulinati to grow on me. It's a strategy game that has you drawing your soldiers to protect your artist from the opponent. I think it could use some more variety in the beasts you can draw, and the boredom mechanic was rough to handle

Game #857 - Jusant Jusant is a climbing game that has you summiting a massive tower that has suffered an endless drought that drove its inhabitants away. You and your adorable little companion work your way through this abandoned home in search of the missing water.

Game #858 - Darksiders III Darksiders III was a pretty fun game, overall. The combat was more interactive than usual hack-and-slashers, and the characters provided depth and personality. The level design and puzzles were also decent.

Game #859 - Knights of Pen and Paper +1 KP&P was a simple D&D-based RPG game. It had its charming humor and pretty simple mechanics, but dragged on as the game failed to add interesting twists or variety to the formula. By the end, I was ready for it to be done and over with.

Game #860 - The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall Daggerfall was an interesting game. It was an improvement over Arena, but was still incredibly repetitive and unintuitive. The dungeons were unreasonably large, and some of the objectives could have used some serious clarification.

Game #861 - PEAK PEAK is an interesting game. Your goal is to climb a series of mountains, balancing your stamina, health, and hunger. Every day the map changes, so it's fresh every time. But it's difficult, and an hour+ long game can end in disappointment. Bring your friends.

Game #862 - Lords of the Fallen (2013) Lords of the Fallen is a pretty unashamed Dark Souls clone. It was incredibly clunky and slow-paced. It had some interesting ideas it went for, but most implementations felt too similar to each other, and your strategies rarely varied.

Game #863 - Metal: Hellsinger A first-person rhythm shooter game, basically imagine Doom if you had to stay on beat. It's a well put together game with an interesting base game mechanic. I do wish there was a little more variety in the weapons and enemies, but it was pretty fun

Game #864 - Fire Emblem: Gaiden The 2nd Fire Emblem game, Gaiden was pretty similar to the first. The split storyline was interesting, and the I liked the various abilities of the different unit types. I did not enjoy the Dragon Crater portion though, that was rough.

Game #865 - Ghosts 'n Goblins I've heard this game is quite hard, but I feel it's more rude than anything. Some of the enemies move too fast, others spawn right on you, and some bosses are just straight up immune to weapons, and you can't change weapons mid-fight.

Game #866 - Dead Space 3 This one felt like a downgrade from the first two. There wasn't much horror, it was mostly just constant, annoying enemy spam. And I didn't like the icy planet setting compared to the isolated space from the previous entries.

Game #867 - Up Pretty much exactly what you would expect from a PS2-Era video-game movie-adaptation. Up was pretty repetitive, switching between about 3 different types of levels for the most part. It had a decent amount of content though, but definitely lacked the movie's charm.

Game #868 - No More Heroes I like a lot of things NMH did, the combat had good bones and the characters were quite charming. I think the writing was clunky and the combat could have definitely been made less spam-intensive, and the entire ending could stand to be redone.

Game #869 - I'm on Observation Duty 5 The fifth game comes with 6 new maps to memorize and examine. Half the maps implement a new function where you do not have to identify the anomaly type; just the room itself is sufficient. But too many false reports and you lose.

Game #870 - OlliOlli A skateboarding sidescroller, OlliOlli added a fair bit of complexity to a simple concept. The challenges and levels were varied and scaled nicely. It was a decent game to sit and *grind* out.

Game #871 - .hack Infection (Dot) Hack Infection is the first game in a 4-part JRPG set in a fictional MMO game. In it, we encounter an entity that can affect people in the real world through the game, and try to track it down after it puts our friend into a coma.

Game #872 - Morkredd A co-op puzzle game where you must always stay in the light. Morkredd was pretty short, and tried its best to keep the gameplay varied as it went. Be prepared for lots of deaths caused by your teammate moving their shadow in just the wrong way to get you.

Game #873 - Pacific Drive Generally, driving games get boring to me. But Pacific Drive was actually quite interesting. It's a pseudo-roguelite survival game where your car is your lifeline, and a bunch of entities are everywhere to get you. The story, mostly audio-only, was great
