So OVO you fail to turn up this afternoon for your appointment to install a new meter on our new electric main, which means we have no electricity whatsoever in our house. I rang to chase up, told to ring 6pm if you still hadn't arrived, but your phone lines close at 5pm!

Perhaps OVO if you aren't going to turn up for an appointment, THAT had been prepaid for, you could at least make contact? Or do you like leaving your customers without electricity overnight?

Explain to me Virgin Media ❤️ how I am supposed to complain as I have been without service for over a week, when your complaint button on your website doesn't work. Your automated phone system sends me round in circles without ever being able to talk to anyone?
