I can't tell if it's asshole design or what, but Amazon made it effectively impossible to request refunds on items delivered the same day on their mobile app. Cool, more anti-consumer UI design choices!

Can anyone tell me how much better the M2 14" MacBook Pro is compared to the base model M1 MacBook Air? Absolutely love my Air, but trying to find a real-world comparison of the two, and that information doesn't seem to exist, for whatever reason.

Hey Electrify America, what's up with my charging speeds dropping from 87kW, to 72kW, then down to 36kW? Never had a bad experience before, but leaving after 10 minutes because it only filled up ~6kW was rough.
