What an amazing coach and person Fitzy is! As good as his coaching record is I have always admired more the way he has cared and developed the players under his guidance.

What a great story. After being drafted he had to wait until his 4th year to make his AFL debut. Never lost hope and belief and continued to work away at VFL level until he was ready. Congratulations 👏🏻
