The day after greens look pretty good. A bit more brushing, fertilizer and some overseeding to help them for next year and they will good again next year

And last but not least the fairways got done last Wednesday to have all the fall aeration done during this beautiful fall weather

We are making #progress roughing in the second bunker for the year

Busy three days of irrigation, installed 3 hose connects to greens that didn’t have them, moving 8 tee box sprinklers closer to get better coverage and adding in a sprinkler to 7 for the same reason, and fixing a head on 6 that pushed away from the fitting from 7 years of no glue

We are going misting

The little sprayer that could 460 gallons through and all short cut turf is sprayed and ready for the winter. Now to get the top dresser on tomorrow to cover the greens up

Winter time project at a new course Alberta Springs Golf this year. Tee marker refurbish and benches being made for on the course. Spring needs to warm out so we can get these out on the course

First rounds of the year this weekend, first round shirts and short sleeve, Second round pants long sleeve and sweater. Must be #Albertagolf

Overnight moose attack on 2 green. First time I have seen them go for a blue flag, usually red. Pin to the front and reduced traffic for a couple of days to heal back.

Got to play Mickelson National for the AGSA assistant’s tournament Thursday. Beautiful property, challenging greens complexes but forgiving off the tee for now. Going to turn into a beast of a course once the rough areas fill out.

One of the biggest trees I have had to clean up ever. Guess is 36” at the bottom. The mighty stihl with a 16” bar got a good workout today
