For a faceless gaming streamer, do you prefer overlays/transitions or just a plain gameplay screen?

I love the idea of #multistreaming to capture a larger audience, but I am worried that it's negatively impacting my Youtube channel as my subscribers will be split into live/video viewers. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I still don't know why but for about a year now it takes 2 starts of the #minecraft launcher every 24hours for me to be allowed to join a server. I can understanding having to do it once, but doing it twice EVERY time just drives me mad.

So I did a few streams over the weekend and averaged less than 1 viewer. This was for both Youtube and Twitch. Obviously whatever I'm doing is just not working. I am going to take a break from streaming and look into what other people are doing instead.
