This happened July 14, 2018!!! The rebuttable presumption of 50/50 Equal Shared Parenting is now law in Kentucky. This presumption now covers Temporary, Permanent and Modification Custody Orders. This IS what is in "the best interest of the children." Thanks to everyone! (PR)
