Die Verbesserungen der Eckpunkte sind Soll-Vorschriften, die Verschlechterungen bindend. Nur durch eine massive Ausweitung von unbefristeten Stellen oder Junior-Professuren könnte das funktionieren, aber dazu fehlen entsprechende Aussagen. Enttäuschend! #WissZeitVG

Watching Reformpläne des #WissZeitVG

Die Reform des #WissZeitVG ist halbherzig und führt ohne weitere Strukturreformen der Unis zu noch mehr prekären Stellen. Man müsste das Lehrstuhlprinzip aufgeben, Postdoc-Stellen in Juniorprofessuren umwidmen und die vielen Exzellenzmittel für neue Professuren einsetzen.
