If you like a local act, GO TELL THEM! Make friends, do a merch trade. IT IS NOT A COMPETITION! It's seriously so whack that there is rivalry in the music scene. Throw a show together, do a collab. Stop viewing other good musicians as a threat. The potential is limitless.

Sometimes I write songs like it's a burn book, I spend hours upon hours writing and perfecting it for it to never be heard by another soul and I love that. What a beautiful way to vent and I wish for everyone in the world to have an outlet so clean and lovely.
