Final comment on the direct entry nonsense. The gov’t are going to make the role available to “exceptional people” who wish to switch from private sector. If you’re exceptional in the private sector you’ll be earning a hell of a lot more than a police insp. just why would they?

The Tale of Two Contagions In 2019, German psychiatrists observed a sudden surge of adolescent girls presenting to clinics with abrupt-onset Tourette-like tics. This immediately raised alarm bells. Tourette’s typically affects boys and begins in early childhood. This was an

I shall clarify: we are blinded by our bias. We are more than happy to spend your money and our time (that should be used to represent the rank and file) fighting this further because, until we accept that we were wrong, we can plough on and our CEO can continue rip you all off.

The picture is damning. Keir Starmer helped break the guarantee that makes lawful military service possible. That guarantee is simple and absolute: if you obey lawful orders, act within the rules given at the time, and serve the state in good faith, the state will stand by you

Why did the Tories mess it up? They didn’t speak to frontline officers. They imposed unpopular ideas that had failed before. It didn’t work in Practice. You are making all the same mistakes!! Some of the proposals are good. Many have failed before & will for sure fail again!

footnote for the public. They’re claiming to achieve all of this despite no extra officers, investment or powers. They’re going to move boundaries and achieve miracles. Have you ever known politicians to achieve miracles like this? I know I haven’t

How dare you!!! Numbers are dropping because of pay, morale, stress and workload pressure. All of which are worse than ever as a direct result of your parties actions. You are gaslighting the public. It will take policing a generation to recover from the last Tory government!

Have you ever noticed that the worst people keep getting promoted? You’re sitting in a meeting thinking, How is this person in charge? That’s not bad luck. That’s a system working exactly as intended. Here’s the truth: A lot of workplaces don’t promote the most capable people;

Well well well, In quick time Rupert Lowe MP has financed and started a rape inquiry that retains the confidence of victims. It’s almost as if the Labour government didn’t really want to do it at all right?? Well done Rupert for giving these victims a voice where govt REFUSED!

I am deeply uncomfortable with this verdict. It upsets me. I am also willing to accept that it is the right of a jury to deliver it having considered the evidence carefully. Jury’s protect us from an overbearing state. Jury’s must remain!!!

The police in England and wales must be very very lucky. It’s the only explanation. Because, incredibly they’ve arrested and charged enough people to create a court backlog as well as filling the prisons. All without having a licence. Very lucky!🍀

No better description of police senior leadership: 'Along with racism as the cardinal sin.. it introduced corruption by ditching meritocracy. The fall in standards allowed people to rise not because of excellence but because they were adept at playing the system.' Donna Rachel
