Coming to the end of a 4-week consultancy block with the new Uruguayan Franchise Team, Penarol. It’s been a tough phase of work for the guys. It’s a privilege to be part of a legacy. This is the first ever full-time professional rugby team in Uruguay. #rugby #uruguay
