๐ŸšจSHIELDING๐Ÿšจ Prof Jean White CNO Wales Staff were expected to assess their own risk(!) CV or shielding staff were excluded from this because they expected them not to be deployed. She wasn't designated CEV, and there was no shielding for CV. Perhapa privilege played a role?
