Our team at Crown View Architecture were thrilled to help with producing the 3D visuals for Ashford Rugby Club's extension and modernisation proposals. We are looking forward to seeing it become a reality - stay tuned.

Here are some photos of a newly completed rear extension and outbuilding, taken in Aylesham. Due to the size and nature of the proposal, this only required building regulation approval as it fell under permitted development rights.

Upon request, Crown View Architecture is also able to provide its clients with virtual reality tours of our designs.

PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED Last week, we received planning permission to remove the existing garage flat roof and replace it with a pitched roof, so that we can make space for an office and shower room. We will now move onto the building regulations stage – stay tuned.
