I was a young swimmer going nuts watching this live. Now as a young coach, I share it with my high school teams when we approach our champs. This is the DEFINITION of getting the people going. Michael Phelps Jason Lezak Cullen Jones Garrett Weber-Gale youtube.com/watch?v=chwxaU…

Took a field trip down to North Attleboro to record a great episode of PLT4M #ChalkTalk with Head Coach Don Johnson and Strength Coach Kevin Mahoney. We talk about the power of training as a team. Thanks for having me!

Thanks to Brian Hull for a great conversation tonight on PLT4M #ChalkTalk. We talked about the power of routines in the classroom and how he aligns it all with SHAPE_America. Episode to come out in a few weeks so stayed tuned.

People ask me all the time what makes PLT4M different than other workout programs or softwares out there? I think it is that we do everything in house and are driven by the fact we are high school coaches who know what it’s like to work with high school students and athletes.

Back in Elementary PE they taught us to wear the back pack with two straps instead of one so we didn't hurt our backs. Little did we know it could become the next best training tool when we at home. #BeCreative #PhysEd

Each part of a team has a specific role to play, every one important in serving the greater goal. Here was no different. The letter "A" was needed to create this sentence....with the help of a 6 year old, I delivered. #InPursuitOfBetter

Honored to have joined Michael B. Horn on one of his great events he has been putting out there. Physical Education is needed now more than ever. We have to take into serious consideration, the physical and mental benefits it has especially during such a stressful and chaotic time.
