Gluten Free Strawberry Shortcake

Its that time of year. For those who don't know, I'm prepping my fruits for my black cake (Jamaican Run Cake) that I make each year.

First I soak the fruits (Prunes, Raisins, Mixed Citrus Peel, Maraschino Cherries) in Rum and Wine for about a week. Then grind and store.
