It's the final day of the #Dogtober series, and what a month it's been! Our team of police dogs work their paws off every day to assist their handlers in making Staffordshire a safer place to be 💙 For more, make sure to follow our Staffs Dogs & ARV account 🐶

Really wonderful to meet all the new starters today and welcome them to Staffordshire Police - they’ll all have a period of intense training to be ready to serve the public of Staffordshire in a critical role 💙

Our dog support teams are integral to the overall team & on any firearms deployment with our armed officers. They provide another less lethal option, deterrent and invaluable search / tracking skills. Staffs Dogs & ARV

Spoke earlier to a Sergeant recovering after having masonry dropped on his head. Then from Sam who saw partner PD Vixen hit just over the eye with a brick. There will be serious consequences for all involved & Staffordshire Police needs community support & information more than ever.
