Our latest paper is out today in Small Methods. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.10… In this report, we use mRNAs ex vivo to educate dendritic cells (DC) for adoptive cell therapy vaccination against tumors. This approach triggers robust immunity using scant amounts of mRNA.
