Last Friday, May 9, at the Concordia University Last Chance meet, Nicquaine Henry shattered the Chadron State school record in the 400 hurdles, with his time of 51.56 breaking the old record by over three-quarters of a second!

Last Saturday, May 10, at the Nebraska-Kearney Twilight meet, freshman Trace Hatchett broke his own school record in the javelin, with his mark of 219 feet, 7 inches adding over four feet to his personal best!

OUTDOOR T&F AWARDS: Chayton Bynes and Trace Hanchett both earned shares of special awards, with Bynes voted Co-Field Athlete of the Year and Hanchett voted Co-Freshman of the Year!
In addition, seven CSC athletes earned first-team or second-team All-RMAC honors based on their performances from April's conference meet.

With an 11th-place finish tonight at nationals in the 400 hurdles (51.69 seconds), Nicquaine Henry has earned Second Team All-American honors, becoming the first All-American in the event in Chadron State history!

Two-for-two on Second Team All-Americans!
With a 10th-place finish today in the triple jump at nationals, Chayton Bynes joined Nicquaine Henry as Eagles to win second team honors during this year's national meet.
T&F RECAP: Chayton Bynes broke his own outdoor school record in the triple jump, but finished 10th with Second Team All-American honors and just 0.05 meters away from qualifying for the finals.

T&F NEWS: Chadron State's Parker Gonser, Christopher Jennings and Creighton Trembly all earned spots on the men's outdoor track RMAC All-Academic First Team!
CSC's three men's first team selections are tied for the second-most of any RMAC institution.
In addition to the three first-team picks, 27 additional Eagles made the All-Academic Honor Roll across CSC's men's and women's track programs.
