😳 I can’t believe 50,000 people have a copy of something I wrote. It started as a PDF free for anyone to download and with Tom Sherrington’s support became a published piece. Such a great example of the power of professional generosity.

Update: Initium is fantastic and Emma Turner FCCT is all kinds of wonderful for answering my very waffly questions about some specific parts of it. Hugely grateful for her generosity and for helping me clarify some thinking AND improve the PD session I am writing!
