*Tax Audit due date is extended till 31/10/2025.* However, last day to convene AGM of Company is not extended till date. (unless ROC has granted an extension of AGM based on Company’s application). Hence, the Company needs to convene AGM on or before 30/09/2025 and file AOC-4

Purchase= ₹1,000 GST paid= ₹180 Sale= ₹1,100 GST collected= ₹198 GST paid to Govt.= ₹18 (198-180) Profit= ₹100 (1,100-1,000) GOOD ! BUT WHAT IF SUPPLIER DOES NOT DEPOSIT ₹180 COLLECTED FROM BUYER TO GOVT ? Buyer has to deposit ₹180 again to the govt. Loss= ₹80
