MPVVCL kolar bhopal zone is giving me electricity bill of Rs 2539/- when I have roof top solar panels 0f 5KV ....with my minus reading ...they imposed minimum charge 700/- and Principal Arrier Rs 1813/- ....when I exported more energy to mpeb grid ...so they are making fraud .
