Crystal spent this week at The Children’s School launching the strategic planning process alongside HOS Roz Benjamin. It started by engaging parents and faculty in a series of think tanks to imagine the future of TCS.

This year our two leaders in residence are Chandani Patel from Rowland Hall and Shahana Sarkar from Head Royce. Shahana and Crystal have been working with the Girls Middle School where Shahana was leading a session on what we learned from our Think Tanks. Great work everyone!
