The recent large Pulsechain ecosystem dumper has now cleared themselves entirely out of $PLSX and $PLS, has collated all of the ETH in one wallet and is in the midst of moving all of it out via ChangeNOW. Does this signal that he's done? There's still ~660m HEX on both
