A UK gov ‘budget’ that benefits wealthiest over poor/middle income earners, tanks the £, pushes up the cost of (v substantial) borrowing, and is castigated as reckless. And yet Tories (& right wing commentators) will demand that Scottish Government blindly follows suit. Mmm…

I’ve been following U.K. budgets for 20 years or so. I have often profoundly disagreed with the decisions made. But I’ve always at least - sort of - understood the logic behind them. Today is a new for me. I genuinely don’t understand the decision making process.

Real entrepreneurs like strong regulation because it guarantees a level playing field on which they can compete whilst keeping the charlatans, cheats and tax abusers out of the market. It would seem the Tories do not understand real entrepreneurs.

This time, four months ago, It was a normal day. I was at my office getting a booklet made for each of my coworkers that would show their growth in their skills to help get them raises. 2 hours from then, I’d get a call that would shatter my world. My wife called, screaming

The BBC morning news reads out the headlines from the newspapers. Today it was headlines about the mini-budget. 5 were positive 2 were cautious But because most of the print news is biased towards Tories it makes the BBC complicit in the biased reporting. #BudgetForTheRich

I'm thinking of setting up a new social media service to rival Twitter. It's going to be called 'Shitter' as I reckon that's what most people are doing when they are tweeting.
