“hey, harry.” she mimicked him, a smirk on her lips as she entered his room. it was so much warmer inside. “—you waited.” she said as if she was surprised.

“just thought you would’ve fallen asleep, that’s all.” she shrugs, walking over to the bed and sitting down on the space right next to him. “did you miss me?” she teased, nudging him with her elbow.

“not really,” she replied with a casual shrug, but the smile on her face hinted that she was merely teasing him. his reaction was priceless. she leans forward to kiss his lips, hoping that ( that ) alone was enough of an answer from her.
