Currency contamination? Old studies suggested cocaine commonly contaminates paper currency. A couple weeks ago we took cash from wallets/purses of 5 attendings/fellows, rinsed the bills with methanol, and screened for presence of cocaine & methamphetamine.

I'm grateful to work in the emergency department where I am constantly reminded I will die. Probably without much warning. It fixes so many silly problems to see past the delusion that this life is permanent. Imagine it ends NOW. What would you regret putting off? Just do it.
