In 3rd grade we celebrated being 100 days smarter by coming up with 100 ways to write 100!

We measured how many inches our paper airplanes flew!

3rd graders working together to create their Yeti in math. We first had to measure our body parts then multiply that measurement by 2 to find out the size of our Yeti!

Fairfax County Public Schools will be providing emergency grab and go lunches at no cost for students at five sites today and Monday, March 16, from 11:30 to noon. School-age students are welcome to come to any of the five sites to pick up a lunch during that time period. (1/3)

Grab and go lunches will be served at the following sites today at 11:30 a.m.: Bailey’s Elementary School, 6111 Knollwood Drive, Falls Church Hutchison Elementary School, 13209 Parcher Avenue, Herndon Hybla Valley Elementary School, 3415 Lockheed Boulevard, Alexandria (2/3)

London Towne Elementary School, 6100 Stone Road, Centreville Burke Center, 9645 Burke Lake Road, Burke All meals are available at no cost to children 18 years and under. Adult lunches are available for purchase for $2. (3/3)

Update: The grab and go lunches that will be served at five sites today and Monday, 3/16, will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
