It's a daily struggle

Just because chronically ill people don’t look sick to you doesn’t mean that we don’t feel sick. I can smile and laugh, and I still feel awful. I’m still having symptoms. I’m still in pain. Trying to undermine my condition doesn’t make it any less debilitating or any less real.

I was feeling pretty good yesterday, but then all of a sudden, the pain hit. My legs are hurting so bad. I'm pretty sure it's due to the weather. I hate this so much! #fibromyalgia #RA #PSA #spoonie #ChronicPain

I'm not feeling at all today, and my cats have been with me all day🥰 Got a bad sinus/ear infection. Antibiotics& steroids and steroids make my fibro pain even worse. Don't know exactly why, but it happens every time when I take them. #spoonie #fibro #chronicpain #sinusinfection

Appointment with my rheumatologist went well today! Staying on the same medications as they've seem to help. She gave me a Cortison injection in my hip. We've been putting it off, and today, we decided to give it a try! Let's hope it works🤞#spoonie #fibro #rheumatoidarthritis
