A week before they open the Canadian Parliament (the first time Canada’s monarch has done so since 1977) King Charles and Queen Camilla are at the Canadian High Commission, Canada House. It was opened 100 years ago, in 1925, by Charles’ great grandfather George V.

🏅The king appoints Rafa Nadal Marquis of Mallorca. It is the first time in ten years that he has granted noble titles that reward excellence since he is King. There have been six in total and Rafael Nadal's will be hereditary, he will be able to transmit it to his descendants.

Why are so many people leaving the BBC? So many podcasts I listen to, are ex-BBC or are still at the BBC, but are doing their own thing instead of a BBC podcast. As a mere punter, it makes little sense.
