Good job by UHB, we are watching with interest 👍🏻 Scope of practice of RNAs is employer defined, it’s not based on what 𝕏 think. Video makes it clear they do not replace RNs & no doubt the team will have the governance of this all wrapped up. Well done UHB Critical Care and Outreach
