2nd place in Flèche Waltonne RR today. Got away on lap 2. Never more that 30s clear for the whole race, so had to ride flat out. Ian Hope rode across on the last lap and then smashed the sprint. Form is good, just need some luck to grab a win this year. Bioracer UK Schwalbe Tyres UK

Last week my girl faced her first penalty in a game for Macc FC U13s. She almost had it. We analysed the video afterwards, talking about how she needed to spread herself bigger. This week she faced another one and nailed it. So proud to see her learning & growing 👌
