I am honored to have been JJ’s coach. I am heartbroken. JJ was one of the finest men I ever had the privilege of coaching. Unselfish and a great leader. He will always be in my heart & he will live on in the spirit of the Baylor family. Grant Teaff Baylor Football #SicEm

The higher the pressure, the higher the Ball screen. The more the pressure, the more you need to back cut. The slower the Bigs, the more you run the floor. The more physical the defense , the more you attack the closeouts. The better the player , the more u change the D.

"Any high school coach telling your kid that they can't play multiple sports is telling you that because it's in their best interest. The second that coach tells you that, you should be out."Greg Olsen You're not just taking away the sport. You're taking away the memories.

We as parents set our families schedules. Not coaches, friends and outsiders. Prioritize what’s important and don’t compromise.

A Hard Truth for Parents. “If you do too much for your children, you are increasing your self-esteem by stealing theirs.” - Let them struggle. - Let them figure it out. Confidence isn’t given, it’s built. The best gift you can give your kids is the belief that they can
