Southwest Airlines 🌎✈️💕 There are 11,000 Professional Southwest Aviators that couldn’t agree more. We are waiting for Southwest to get it together as well, because we never want to let you down, even if their negotiators don’t seem to “regret” your frustration.

Southwest Airlines, we sure are glad that our Pilots don’t fly like your team negotiates. We’d be fired. Another wasted week with unprepared negotiators, a reversion to 1984 for Maternity language, and a solidified resolve for your Pilots to #strike. Waiting for release by the NMB…

With a lagging CBA & no real hope of improvement this year, possibly next, I understand why record numbers of FOs are seeking employment at our peers. If I were a Pilot with 5 years or less, I would look for a job at a carrier with a contract that respects me and my family.
