Well done to our Ronald's Rangers from Newtown Road Nuneaton on joining up with Hill Top and Caldwell Big Local on a pick around Middlemarch Park, together they managed 12 bags of litter and were kindly treated to a pizza feast by the HTC.Marcus Jones NBBC

Monday lunch break litter pick… a few items from Copthorne Playing Fields but most of the bag filled from the area around The Shepherd on Keresley Road. Litter picking not helped by all the weeds Coventry City Council !!!

Monday evening resulted in a mini pick in Spon End…

The lovely medieval bridge on Upper Spon Street in Spon End… so well maintained by Coventry City Council

Litter and rubbish thrown over the fence to the Sherbourne side at Langar Aid Coventry City Council pretty well obscured by the undergrowth at the moment so I guess that’s the answer… if you can’t see it you can pretend it’s not there…

More appalling levels of litter on a M25 motorway lay-by. We have to change anti-social behaviour and restore pride in our country. For many people it’s lacking. 🥲

This is what we have to put up with in #Newquay took dog for walk on the Gannel, passed couple with child about 2 yrs with tent BBQ etc. Came back 30 mins later, all abandoned! Tent, used nappies, hot BBQ, beer bottles, fishing hooks, raw meat, loads of plastic! All removed!

Early litter pick yesterday morning, 1 hour turned into 3 on Pickford Way and around Allesley Village roundabout with huge amounts of shredded litter from the grass cutting… Coventry City Council Keep Britain Tidy #litter #KeepBritainTidy

There are so many weeds growing amongst the detritus on our streets I’m beginning to wonder if Coventry City Council are planning on planting trees in the gutters, maybe we could sprinkle wild flower seeds as well to make the gutters look even better…

With thunderstorms forecast I swept the gutter in Spon End as the fag ends, litter & detritus would have blocked the drainage holes in the new kerb stones & caused flooding. Balfour Beatty say it’s not their responsibility & Coventry City Council say they won’t do it during the roadworks..

How long does it take for Citizen to clear up their sites? Coventry City Council can you chase them up to sort out their residents fly tipping at Radford House please.
