This gnarly bruise I have from my soft tissue injury in the process of healing. This happened when I was trying to visit my mam in hospital & a porter bashed into my leg from behind with a pallet trolley 🙂

Does anyone know if it's normal for the pain to be worse a week after soft tissue injury? Like even yesterday it wasn't as bad now it feels worse like it's shooting down into the bone & foot. Worried the hospital missed something now 🫤
