A visitor to Countess of Chester Country Park has lost a set of keys, they think either in the car park or just inside the park itself. The keys are on a ring with a tattered Morrisons reward fob. There are 2 that look like front door keys & a key that says master lock on it plus one general key.

Cracking days hedge laying Countess of Chester Country Park with the #greenandhealthyheartsandminds group with The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) and The Land Trust

Thank you to all who have been partners in this very special event at the beginning of a significant year. We will be making space in our car park for those attending.

Another great day hedge laying Countess of Chester Country Park with the #greenandhealthyheartsandminds TCV Green Gym group, they are getting good at this with The Land Trust The Conservation Volunteers (TCV)

We are aware that genuine visitors to the park have been frustrated by some drivers using it who shouldn't have. The ticket payment terminal has now been repaired and is fully operational. Furthermore there will now be more checks by the security team during the day.

The Country Park is really starting to wake up. The buds on our trees are ready to burst & Spring flowers like these Snowdrops in the Nature Reserve planted by TCV Merseyside volunteers are in full bloom. A gentle reminder to heed the request on the signs & keep any dogs on leads

Lovely morning to get out and enjoy the sun. Massive thanks to all the volunteers Chester parkrun who give up their time every Saturday morning so idiots like me can run around Countess of Chester Country Park
