I hope that the Green New Deal includes regulations on the #fastfashion industry. Fast Fashion needs to be stopped or change in order to combat climate change because of the significant environmental impact. Does anyone know if the Green New Deal addresses fast fashion?

#Fastfashion is harmful to humans making the clothing. This is an ethical and environmental issue. It is sad that this type of news is common for this industry. Let's do something to change this.

Remember that even though you can not see the person who makes clothing, they are valuable. And fashion should be seen as valuable too. Don't give into the disposable mindset that #fastfashion creates.

When I tell people I am researching #fastfashion they ask me two questions. 1.) What is fast fashion? And 2.) Why does it matter? These are just a few reasons why. And if you want to learn more you should watch True Cost Movie on Netflix.

A very good point made about H&M as a #fastfashion company overall.

#fastfashion is more than the unsustainable production of clothes. It's also the upkeep and disposel of them as well.

My #fastfahion research is on the dyeing process of blue jeans and the wastewater disposal process. It takes a lot of water to make blue jeans.

#fastfashion is extremely wasteful. Consumers don't think of clothing as valuable anymore. It is now disposable. The picture below helps put this into perspective.
