They get aggressive & defensive when questioned on this. Had a disturbing case of a lady prescribed a strong anticoagulant with high side effects/risk profile over a call that took 20 mins double the time of a 10min appt. Risk for DVT was 0 (Well’s score). This is negligence!

In my opinion (as a patient) #MECFS is relapsing and remitting AND progressive. 3 things we cannot measure by biomarker - and not in real-time. The idea of "cure" in #MECFS is dangerous and too pervasive for such a complex problem which is funded .04 of the disease burden.
