In September 2024, we received 79 hoax calls; one of our busiest months for false alarms. This Sep, that number was 51. It’s a step in the right direction, but still 51 times a real patient might have waited longer for help. Let’s keep working together to bring that number down.

Couldn’t agree more , also poorly lit crossing with hard to see flashing amber lights. Two crossings within a few metres of each other is dangerous for all road users and pedestrians. As well as the traffic being blocked on the roundabout.
