I haven't written anything for the blog because I've been stuck in the 'it's not good enough, no one will want to read this' mentality - but sometimes writing isn't about being 'good enough'. Most of the time writing is about getting your raw, honest opinions & emotions out there

Today's goal: write around 4k words, apply to around 10 jobs. Lets go! #amwriting

Apparently it was easier juggling work and blogging than finding a job and blogging 😂😂 I don't have the brain capacity to be thinking about job apps etc, and also everything that I need to get done for the blog. The plates just crash and burn to the ground 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I didn't realise how bad city living was for my mental health until I moved back to the village and have soothed my turmoil with fields and sheep. It's DELIGHTFUL.

Had an eggy breakfast & watched an episode of the spanish princess this morning and then luxuriated in the bath for hours I am living the LIFE

Life has gone from 0-100 in the space of a month and it’s pretty mad right now - 40+ hour work weeks leaves absolutely no time for anything else, but i’m enjoying it! writing will commence soon, with a touch of luck

I don't wish to jinx it - but I think I might be finally back on the blogging game (at least until my studies start again in October!)

i have made a paella for lunch studded with bright jewel like peas & i am going to have a small glass of gin with it & then go to bed for a nap & frankly i am living my entirely best life

It has been approximately 300 hundred years. I have been swamped by uni work and work work and house work. But I miss writing for fun! So I'm having a small rebrand, to bring my writing in line with my new life. Watch this space, I guess?
