I have to say I feel the same way. At least the music only lasts a minute if you are passing someone going the other direction. Haven't got stuck with someone on the trail yet but I could imagine it would be the opposite of relaxing.

I think I almost fell off my bike when someone did this to me. Needless to say, I was aggravated at the driver.

I recently read an article about how bear spray loses a lot of its effectiveness after a bear has experienced the spray two or three times. I really don’t wanna take a chance on being the third guy to spray a bear with mace.

Unfortunately, E-bikes also use nonrenewable resources in their batteries. Significantly better than fossil fuels but we will eventually run out a lithium, cobalt, and other minerals that are used in modern batteries. So a small down side🤷‍♂️
