If you would have asked me yesterday, my answer would have been probably hundreds of Pico-Newtons. The fact that you only need ~30 pN to remove a tubulin subunit from the lattice of a MT is mind blowing to me🤯. But it makes sense in the intracellular context.🤔cool!!
